Auto-Shotguns are extremely powerful in Outriders, so if you enjoy an up-close and personal fight, I recommend you consider going the way of shotguns. There are some incredibly powerful abilities in this class tree. Next, I will break down what each class is all about and how to use them! Assassin The three classes are called Assassin, Harbinger, and Reaver. You can go in any direction in the class tree, but choosing a direction and picking any one of the three “sub-classes” (that’s what I call them) is the way to go. This can be quite useful when your skills are on cooldown and you can’t deal Area of Effect damage. The Pain Transfer mod will transfer damage you deal within the time rift to another enemy. Some mods for Time Rift, such as Pain Transfer, are S-tier for this build. It now has a much lower cooldown, making it perfect for proccing the Disruptive Firepower passive while providing excellent crowd control. If you haven't played Outriders since launch, Time Rift was buffed a few months after launch. You're still losing out on quite a bit of damage since you can't proc Disruptive Firepower from your passive tree, but if you're struggling to stay alive in high-tier Expeditions, this is a great skill to use. On its own, Borrowed Time is solely a defensive buff, although a few armor mods can be installed to give this skill some offensive benefits. Swapping this skill with something else will change which endgame armor set you'll want, so bear that in mind.īorrowed Time is a great survivability tool, giving you a powerful disengage tool and a durable Shield. Due to the Instant Reload mod, we highly recommend you stick with using Hunt the Prey with this build, meaning your only skill swap available is Venator's Knife. Depending on your current gear and playstyle, you might prefer using Borrowed Time or Time Rift.
